# Export Private Key

> Backup your wallet's private key for safekeeping

Tap **Wallet** → **Export Key** to access your private key.

<Warning>
  This is the only way to recover access to your wallet. **Anyone who sees this key gets full control over your funds.**

## Before you proceed

* **Never share this key** — not with support, not with any bot or service
* **Save it offline** — write it down or store it in a password manager
* The message containing your key **will be deleted automatically in 60 seconds**

## Steps

  <Step title="Tap Export Key">
    In Wallet Settings, tap **Export Key**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the warning">
    Read the security notice carefully, then tap **I Understand**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy your key">
    Your private key is displayed. Copy it immediately and store it securely offline
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm saved">
    Tap **I Saved It** to dismiss the message. The message will also auto-delete after 60 seconds

<Tip>
  Store your private key in a password manager like 1Password, Bitwarden, or write it on paper and keep it in a safe place. Never store it in a screenshot or cloud notes.
